Former Vice President of FIF - Italian Franchising Federation-and Former Country Franchising Manager of the Franchise Group CDC Point Spa - company listed at Italian stock exchange- with the brands "Computer Discount" and "Essedi Shop". Experienced in business plans and development plans, he was development manager at Global Impact bv Holland imports and exports in the computer industry, country manager development at Micromax SpA Milano SpA and country manager of development at the IPS Data Library for the brand Infoteca.Now in Brd As Consultant in commercial network development - direct chain and franchising chain - he supported several companies both in the evaluation process and in the Italian stock market listing process, moreover helping them on the application procedures for the Italian Agency for inward investment promotion and enterprise development, up to achieving about 350 new opening.

Ottorino Baseggio
R&D & Partner
Over 25 years of experience in Business Development, about 15 at Apple Italy managing channel development for professional markets. Among his previous experiences he was the Director of a Hi-Tech specialized magazine and Marketing Manager in an important Hi-Tech distributor, start-upping a new headquarter to develop the the Northern Region in the Italian market. In recent years he focused his attention on the IoT and Smart-Home market, founding a dedicated website and a start-up for IoT devices production.
